The menu is split, half ramen & half sushi rolls. I did not try any of the sushi so cannot speak on the quality, but I did notice a few vegan/vegetarian rolls on the menu. I ordered the steamed edamame (the stir-fried one has oyster sauce in it so not veggie-friendly) and veggie miso ramen made vegan. They swapped the egg noodle out for rice.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. We really enjoyed all of our food. We tried the spring rolls, spicy tonkatsu ramen, a few sushi rolls, and kids portion of chicken karaage. Stopped by for lunch and found a great special. $23 for a special sushi roll (not basic like CA roll), 1/2 ramen and salad. Great deal, excellent sushi (red dragon shown) and flavorful ramen. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
